ignite-UX Revision A.3.7.95 error

I was cloning a system and I got things muddled up somehow. The error message I am now getting is
/opt/ignite/bin/bootsys[1458]: tee: not found

Hi

please compare this command /opt/ignite/bin/bootsys with that on a heathy system that is running the same vesion of HP-UX

Shalom,

PATH in the process startup script may not include tee or tee may be missing on the system

Pretty old version of Ignite there.
