ignite backup
one of the vpar has been configured as ignite server.
i have stopped nfs client in client server with
/sbin/init.d/nfs.client stop and in
/etc/rc.config.d/nfsconf client has been set to 0.
but now also I am able to run ignite backup.

Check properly in which server you stopped nfs.
what is the problem why you want to stop ignite backup?

Within the same system, there is no meaning of Ignite Server.
In this case,there is configuration issue only.

I am not getting any error & i dont have any issues when running make_net_recovery cmd..
make_net_recovery -IvA -s [host server] -x inc_entire=vg00 -a [path] [ client host ]
but my doubt is even though i stopped nfs client in client host ,, i am able to take ignite backup
is there any dependency between client and server on the basis of stopping or starting nfs while running ignite backup
