ioscan processors

Hello All,

In an icod enabled system, will the ioscan shows all the processors (active+inactive)?

# icod_stat
Total processors: 16
Active processors: 10
Processors that can be activated if licensed: 6

# top
10 CPUs

# ioscan
16 cpu

Is it like ioscan shows all the processors??

Thanks..

Re: ioscan processors

hi,

ioscan shows you the maximum CPU, that can be used, on demand - after activation.

Re: ioscan processors

It makes sense, really - ioscan is showing you all the attached hardware, whether the operating system is using it or not.
