kernel parameter "streampipes" to be turned ON

Hi all,

I have to turn on "streampipes"(kernel parameters),my server is HP-UX 11.23 RISC Processor,i have checked whether stream pipes is turned on using the following command,but its turned off there CMD:usr/sbin/kmtune -q streampipes,but i have got output of 0,which means streampipes are turned off,how can i turn ON stream pipes,is it any patch i have to download and install or else is it defaultly available,if so how can i turn it ON.

>kmtune -q

You should NOT be using kmtune on 11.23. The correct command is kctune(1m).

You should be able to set it with:
kctune streampipes=1

do it using SAM

SAM is the best way to change kernel parameters
