ksleep HP-UX B.11.31

Hi All,
one process on hp-ux consume a lot of CPU, when is running load cpu is > 4 and cpu utilization is 100%. Glance shows that ksleep is on the top of system calls  (it is 10x more CumCt and CumRate than the 2nd system call).
What is the kslepp? Is it normal that kslepp is on the top in system calls list?
I will be grateful for your response.

It is just waiting for something.  It may be there with a lot of swapping?  Or too much thread contention?

It's not swapping, but there is ~60 process threads (G command in Glance).
