Hi all,
We are getting the following error
'MIDB - TBSM ALert (minor) - hpsp1@hpsp1 - [MAN] cnt=1 Log /var/adm/syslog/syslog.log hpsp1 syslog: icodd: ERROR: The following low-level error occurred:ERROR: The following low-level WBEM error occurred: CIM_ERR_FAILED: A GENERAL ERROR OCCURRED THAT IS NOT COVERED BY A MORE SPECIFIC ERROR CODE'
server model: ia64 hp superdome server SD64A
OS version : B.11.23
Can anyone help?

The iCOD/iCap software is based on WBEM, I would start to check if all needed providers are installed:
# cimprovider -l -s
Sometimes some are missing/not installed (e.g. nparprovider, etc.); you can get them from http://software.hp.com

Can you see one of the following messages in the syslog file ?

How ofter can you see the message in syslog ?
Which firmware version are you using ? The following firmware release notes may help you resolv the symptom.
