login problem CDE

i used to login (root) to my unix server (Tru64 5.1A)
remotly using xmanager,yesterday i pluged a monitor to my server and tryed to login as root through the CDE environment but the system display the following message and reject me.
"root login refused on this terminal".

note:the ip address:0 already exist in the file /etc/securettys.

seems to be a hostname resolution problem (short/longname/ip) or if C2 is enabled a setup issue.

Be sure you have added the string which "hostname" return is added to the /etc/securettys.

Yes I know you can't read documentations and you have not much interests in forum rules and point assignments ;-)
