lv(part of swap) of vg00 corrupted, not mirrored.

Guys,
four disks in vg00, and one disk failed, this disk was occupied by a single lv and it was part of swap, and this lv was not mirrored, swapinfo does not show this dev now.
1,if I reboot os, would vg00 unable to activate?
2,could I just replace the failed disk and do a vgcfgrestore, would it do harm to the running os?
what is your opinion to this situation?

regards
Stephen

if your "Root disks are mirrored" properly, than no issue

>>> 2,could I just replace the failed disk and do a vgcfgrestore, would it do harm to the running os?

Yes I think you should do it ASAP, no harm will be done, for more information.
you can refer to "Attachment Good Disk Gone Bad"
HP-official document

>> single lv and it was part of swap

Does it part of "Primary swap".?

what OS your running?

replace failed disk (as soon as possible)
Problems are common to all, but attitude makes the difference

Johnson,
It was not part of Primary Swap, and the OS was 11.11.

Hi,

Primary swap is the minimum amount of swap space that is used to boot the system and device swap that is not part of lvol2 should typically not create a problem for vg activation the next time your server boots.
