building a new vg and I have this happing

vgimport -v -s -m /tmp/vg_oracle_t006.mapfile /dev/vg_oracle_t006
Beginning the import process on Volume Group "/dev/vg_oracle_t006".
Volume group "/dev/vg_oracle_t006" is still active.

I cant find anyplace where t006 is active anywhere in the cluster

Re: lv still active

try vgchange -c n vg_oracle_t006; vgchange -a n vg_oracle_t006.
"The difference between me and you? I will read the man page." and "Respect the hat." and "You could just do a search on ITRC, you don't need to start a thread on a topic that's been answered 100 times already." Oh, and "What. no points???"
