Yes you need to install the VPARS Software, on all the VPAR hosts, That helps you get the flexibilty to boot the VPMON from any of the VPAR, and that also that you can do configurationsof all the VPARS from all the VPARS.
At any time you wish to make the other VPAR as the forst VPAR at least yiu have got the Flexibility, Think so.

pls be specific which software to be installed.The same which has been installed on the host or something diffrerent.
