what is the normal load average of the disk , cpu, processor, memory. points assured

Normal for what? What kind of system is this? What model? What type of application are you running?

There is no "normal" answer. It always depends.

the machine is itanium and running in 11.23 and the application oracle.
see actually this was the question asked to me in interview. so i am very eager to know those things.. could u help me.. Thanks in advance

Shalom,

There is no such thing as normal.

The answer depends on how many processes/applications and users you have using them. It also depends on application design.

It is possible for a system to have a high load average and still function normally.

Hi

There is no 'normal' load .

It is depend upon what type of application you use ,which application or how many application.It totally depends.There is no normal.
Use top ,glance sar to see your performance of server.

That is exactly what you should have responded in the interview: "there is no NORMAL load average, it depends".
