not mounting my volumes

the error showing disk /dev/dsk/c0t6d0 is showing as clamed 

 

pls help me to resolve the issue

Hi,

 

Run below commands and see if it resolves ur issue.

 

# ioscan -fn

# insf

# mv /etc/lvmtab /etc/lvmtab_old

# vgscan -av

# vgchange -a y

# mountall
