how to set the page value.default page value is 4 kb. is it possiable to change the page value.

I think you want to alter the following kernel parameter:

vps_pagesize

http://docs.hp.com/en/939/KCParms/KCparam.VPSpageSize.html

use either kmtune or kctune to change the value. (Or use SAM/SMH, this presents you with value checking and a proposed new value.)

You may also have a look at the man page of chatr_pa... Some valuable information over there as well... The +pd and +pi options would be something interesting for you to read...
