This AS4100 has a degrading memory module, logging CORRECTABLE ECC errors.
If it gets worse, this will end up as non-correctable and the system will then panic with a machine-check.

To avoid unplanned downtime, you migth want to log a service call to replace that memory module. (and upgrade the console SRM firmware if it's not at least V5.4)

otmani,

it seems your company uses machines reporting all hardware problems. As written before, open a call within the support center to locate the wrong memory bank.
