Hi,

After Install pgadmin3-1.6.3-i486-1kjz.tgz

# pgadmin3
pgadmin3: error while loading shared libraries: libwx_gtk2u_stc-2.8.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any idea?

You don't have the required library, in this case libwx_gtk2u_stc-2.8.so.0. You need to update or install the package the provides the libwx_gtk2u_stc-2.8.so.0 library.

What Linux Distro/Version are you using?
