can you try and expand abit more on what exactly you have, and what you see and what you want ot have and see?
do you mean you cannot see it booting up? but it does boot up then you can see the login screen?

EL PROBLEMA QUE TENGO ES QUE CUANDO ASIGNO DE UN XP A MI SERVER HP-UX MONTADO EN ITANIUM64 NO VEO LA DICION NUEVA. SOLO REINICIANDO EL SERVIDOR.

Try this after adding a new LUN:
xpinfo
can you see the newly added volume in the output ? If no, talk to the SAN admins and have them configure zoning. If yes, proceed.
ioscan -fn
can you see the device path as CLAIMED in the output ? If no, there is something wrong with either zoning or device creation. If yes
insf -a
ioscan -fnC disk
if everything went fine so far, you shoud see the device drivers, such as
/dev/dsk/rXtXdX /dev/rdsk/rXtXdX
UNIX because I majored in cryptology...

You can use babelfish to translate. Except for disk and server it does a good job:
