right now i dont get message in syslog ,,, getting msg only in dmesg

Ok, so now the system is working well and the setting of nproc is sufficient to satisfy the load.
Though I'd suggest monitoring the situation by sar to check if the nproc limit is going to be reached again. If so I should check if the load of system has increased lately, in that case change the value of nproc to accomodate the load. Consider that in HP-UX 11.23 nproc can be modified immediately without reboot.

Why? The proc table full messages have nothing to do with shared memory as far as I know.
