process idth_daemon

hello,
what is the function of process idth_daemon?
it is not running on my server,
tried to make a start from it's location, but getting the following error
"ld.so.1: /opt/ice/dtftp/bin/idth_daemon: fatal: libclntsh.so.1.0: open failed: No such file or directory
Killed"

currently 0 process are running for this daemon.kindly advise more.

The daemon can not run because a library identified below is not present or in the LD_LIBRARY_PATH
