ps -ef : doaes not return full path processus [Process_name only] . Why ?

when i uses command "ps -ef", I Attempts to generate a full listing. fo all my progress 8.3 preocessus, the
-f option does not return the full path and arguments of a process.
Instead, it will return a bracketed process name such as
[process_name]. Anyone can explain me under what circonstance the full path and argument does not display in ps -ef command ?

It's a known HP Tru64 problem. It seems that 5.1A PK5 & 5.1B PK2 are concerned. Hp support have release patch 19721 to fix that bug. Call them.
