"rlogin" problem.

"rlogin" problem.

Hi Experts,

When i try to "rlogin" into another TRU64 system, i get the following error:
Name does not resolve to supplied parameters; neither nodename nor servname were passed

Can anyone through some light on this ?

NOTE: I have already put the entry of the server in the .rhosts file

Hi,

did you check whether the hostname you supply as parameter is resolved correctly? Try to ping it or use nslookup.
