re : cstm does not show memory slot

Hi Guys,
Can anyone advice, I have a RX4640 installed with HPUX 11.23 OS . When I run cstm to check the available memory slots on the server it does not show , but I tried the similar command on another unit model RX2660 it show the available memory slot. Can I know what is wrong with the server??

Your Probelm is:
cstm>il
^-- (InfoLog) is currently disabled. --

cstm>ial
^-- (InfoActLog) is currently disabled. --

You can run cstm manually and activate the infolog.

cstm>selall
cstm>ial
-- Converting multiple raw log files to text. --
Preparing the Information Tool Activity Log for each selected device...

Your command is correct in attachment:
echo '\''selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog'\'' |cstm
