Hi Guys,
Can anyone help, when I restart my server model rx6600 install with 11.23 os while is stopping the process, this modules always fail, Unload/Uninstall XF86 DLKM Helper Modules fail . Can I know how I can resolve this problem. Also, When I boot up the os there is a line written PERFMON: Unrecognized Itanium-? processor model [0x0000000000000020, 0x0000000000000001]! . Is this normal or there is something wrong with one of my hardware. Can someone advice???

What is the release date of your 11.23?

You don't use the internal SAS controller, but it complains. Maybe some other software components are not ok too.

Did you notice this:

sasd: [ALERT] Driver detected a software downgrade.
sasd: The current driver version is unsupported
sasd: for the Serial SCSI HBA at hw path 0/4/1/0.
sasd: Please install the latest SerialSCSI-00 depot ASAP.

Thanks for the reply, yes i notice the sasd warning too, But, how can it be resolved.

I had the same issue, called HP support and this is what they recommend:
