rlpstat from windows printer server

rlpstat from windows printer server

Greetings

I have several printers configured as remote printers(my server = hpux 11.23)  that are going to a windows print server.  The rlpstat command is very slow or fails to return when getting status on these printers. Have confirmed the setup on my end looks correct. Does anyone know what on the windows print server could cause the issue?

Hi,

 

Whether printer has pending spool request and physically printer status?
