root account expired tru64 server

Dear Gurus,

We are experiencing a issue in Tru64 server related to root account is expired.

We unable to login the server at all from remote and console as well. Please help me to recover it.

I did a quick search and found this link. It shows how to boot single user mode, mount the root partition, etc. Should help.
