rx 1620 itanium 2 server

Hello everybody,

I am trying to insall windows 64 bit os on rx1620 server, i am not able to get the EFI shell.

After running setup, it also telling to revert
back the NVRAM settings.

Kindly give the steps how i can install the windows 2003 64 bit os
