I would suggest you contact the Response Center with your stack trace and dump.

If you dont have a valid support, try to install latest patches if not already installed.

Re: rx1620 running 11.31 crashes regularly

Is there anything in syslog.log?

Re: rx1620 running 11.31 crashes regularly

Shalom,

send the q4 analysis to HP.

They will find a patch is missing.

Do the latest firmware and QPK installs.

Re: rx1620 running 11.31 crashes regularly

All,

Looks like we're good on the firmware, patch bundles, there is nothing related in syslog, and unfortunately we don't have service contracts with HP for our 2 rx1620's. It's probably going to be a patch or patches that aren't included in the September 2009 bundles.

Thanks for all the input so far.

Re: rx1620 running 11.31 crashes regularly

This was caused by NetBackup version 5.1. When NetBackup was removed the kernel panics / system crashes stopped.

Thanks for the assistance.

Re: rx1620 running 11.31 crashes regularly

The continual crashing of this rx1620 after installing HP-UX 11.31 was actually resolved by upgrading WBEM A.02.07.04 to WBEM A.02.09.
