rx2660 can't find DVD

I am trying to mount the DVD but I cannot find it. There is no device file. Not sure what I am missing.

However, this is the device, but without devices files. Try to re-create (insf):

I definitely think installing a current patch set might help.

# should show the DVD drive.

I removed the old USB software and installed the new from the link provided.
