Hi All
I have an RP7420 running 11.31 attached to an MSA30, and I can sautil and saconfig the /dev/ciss0 device.

I also have an 8420 running 11.31 attached to an MSA1000, but i cannot saconfig or sautil. It doesn't have the /dev/cissx device file.

SolutionThe SA6400 controller is in your server, hence you can use saconfig/sautil.
The MSA1000 is an array with the controllers inside, so you can only use the serial CLI of the array to configure.
