scm and sim in my hpux 11.11

Hi,
Please, Somebody can help me with information about scm and sim installation?. When i install scm i can access to the webconsole with http://ipserver:50000, then i install sim, but i can´t access to the webconsole to my cms, because nothing is present and errors are not present too.
Do i need take some consideration when i install sim in my cms (scm)server??
Please help.
My web brownser is iexplorer 6.0 sp1.
