sendmail clearing out .csv attachments
We have a Red Hat Linux 5 server configured with default sendmail settings and when we send emails that have attachments, the email arrives just fine, but the attachments are zero bytes.
I have confirmed with the Microsoft Exchange mail admin on-site that these emails are not hitting their exchange logs and so he says they are not getting filtered out or blocked. Any ideas what could be causing attachments to get mailed zero bytes?

Re: sendmail clearing out .csv attachments
Shalom,
There is no standard rpm for RHN that can do this.
Suspects:
clamv or other virus checking product is installed and is eating the attachments.
SMTP relay server is eating the attachments.
By itself, sendmail can not do this.
Maybe check sendmail.cf or the source sendmail.mc file and perhaps max attachment size is set to zero.
