Re: sendmail is not working
The problem is not with sendmail.
The output shows sendmail connecting to the Exchange(?) server at ednriyimc01.stc.corp.
It acknowledges the sender, the recipient and the data.
When Exchange says "Queued mail for delivery", Sendmail is done with it. If Exchange is unable to deliver the mail, an error report should be sent to oracle@xngdgtw.com (or is it oracle@xngdgtw.stc.com.sa?).
If that accountis not set up to receive email, or the error report does not arrive for some other reason, you should go to the admin of ednriyimc01.stc.corp and ask him/her: "Hey, could you please find out what happened to the message with ID <200706030753.l537rgY10560@xngdgtw.com> after it was transmitted from my system to yours?"
Any further troubleshooting is then based on the answer to that question.

Re: sendmail is not working
Shalom,
Mail is an explosive issue and many firewalls block it.
Places to look:
mailq
# I expect to see nothing.
/var/spool/mqueue
Based on what you say it should be empty.
/var/spool/clientmqueue
Based on your post it should be empty.
Which leads to the inevitable conclusion that its stuck somewhere else.
Possibilities:
1) Relay server is not accepting it. There should be a DS directive in sendmail.cf which will tell you where the server is.
2) Relay server is not accepting it and is unable to process it. Could be an unknown domain, could be DNS names resolution on the relay server.
3) Mail is going to the public Internet and failing any number of tests such as valid domain, sending ip address reverse lookup matches sending domain. Any one of a hundred different anti-spam tests.
Its a Sherlock Holmes Novel, now and you must investigate the cause and bring us more data to solve the problem. When its over you will think its fun. Trust me.
