sendmail not listening to port 25

Hi,

Sendmail is not listening to port 25, telnet to port 25 refuses connection.
I tried commenting out line :
DaemonPortOptions=Port=smtp,Addr=127.0.0.1, Name=MTA
But it didn't help. Let me know any suggestion.

Caffine level is running low...

Forgot to add yes to DAEMON flag in /etc/sysconfig/sendmail
DAEMON=yes
