Can we find the installation date of a server from command line?

Yes,

swlist -a install_date | grep -i oe
HPUX11i-OE-MC 200710081131.02

You can also try

/opt/ignite/bin/print_manifest

You can find te installed date and source of installation with the command,print_manifest.
