Re: sftp problem.
Shalom,
Where did you get this sftpplus software. On a standard HP-UX system, sftp service is provided by secure shell and started with the /sbin/init.d/secsh script.
The message itself is simple. The file it is looking fore is not present.
/opt/SFTPPlus/global.conf
I bet its not there.

Re: sftp problem.
The sftp process was killed and hence it locked the global.conf file.
The problem is resolved after calling the global.conf file from some other area.
Thanks for your time.
