Re: single-bit error
Re: single-bit error
This should be due to problem with the memory module, A hardware problem.
Please log on a case with the HP support and do get the memory module replaced with the help of an HP Engg.

SolutionWhen accessing a particular address from the physical memory ,OS faced problem and marked it as bad and it uses different address.Normally they are correctable errors by the hardware itself also 2 or 3 counts can be ignored.
Reboot can clear the error count , but if the case is repeating then you may plan for replacing the module.
echo "selclass qualifier memory;info;wait;infolog" | /usr/sbin/cstm

Re: single-bit error
Re: single-bit error
Hi Vapin ,
The modules 3a and 3b have 1 and 4 single bit counts .
I may suggest you to schedule a reboot to clear the count and monitor for a week .If the same module reported errors further then please proceed with replacing the modules.
Thanks,
Aneesh
