smh -r or sam -r | could assign user to use sam

Hi,

I have HPUX 11.31 installed. I'm trying to assign some users to be able to use sam / smh, unfortunately when I issue a command smh -r or sam -r I can only see some of the users displayed, the rest are missing. (say i have 10 users, it only show me 5 users in sam -r or smh -r)

But when i issue a command sam or smh, I can see all the users listed.

fyi, i use the normal adduser command to add new users.

given the above, how can i resolve to allow my missing users from sam -r / smh -r command to use sam.
