Shalom,
That is in the bios settings for the server, which works almost like a PC
Boot at console, hit the appropriate key at startup and you will see it.
If PSP for hpux is installed you can do this on the system management web page.

Connect to the MP first, here is the list of commands:
MP:CM> he li
HE li

BP : Reset BMC Passwords PC : Remote Power Control
CA : Configure asynch/serial ports PM : Remote Power Mode Control
DATE: Display Date PR : Power Restore Policy Config.
DC : Default Configuration PS : Power management module Status
DF : Display FRU Information RB : Reset BMC
DI : DIsconnect users RS : Reset System through RST signal
DNS : Configure DHCP and DNS SA : Set MP Access
FW : Upgrade MP firmware SNMP: Configure SNMP parameters
HE : Display Help SO : Security Options
ID : System Information SS : System processors Status
IT : Modify MP inactivity timeouts SYSREV: Display System firmware Revs.
LC : Configure LAN, SSH and Web ports TC : Reset system via INIT
LDAP: Configure Directory parameters TE : TEll- send a msg. to other users
LM : License Management UC : User Configuration
LOC : Locator LED display WHO : Display connected MP users
LS : LAN Status XD : Diagnostics and reset of MP
Now use
PR : Power Restore Policy Config
MP:CM> pr
PR
Power Restore Policy Configuration:
ON - Automatically Power On
OFF - Remain Powered Off
Current -> P - Restore Previous Power State
Enter new value, or [Q] to Quit:
What value is set?
After selecting the right mode, make sure your systm boots automatically.
From running hp-ux chack with
# setboot

If there are things like external storage to which the rx2660 is expected to communicate, and they take longer to restart upon restoration of power than the rx2660, you may want to alter the autoboot timer in the EFI boot config screen(s) to get it to wait longer before continuing the autoboot at the EFI level. The idea would be to give the external storage/whatnot time to start.
