How to setting the following kernal parameter in B.11.23 version server.

streams_sqmax=50000 .

kindly advice its possible to set.
pls provide the steps?
how to congigure?
reboot required or not?

hmm-I don't recognize that parm...but...

kctune streams_sqmax=50000

Only thing is, since I don't have any such parm on my boxes, I don't know if it is dynamic or static. So not sure if you would need to reboot your server to rebuild the kernel.
