Re: sudo

Hi,
from below link you can download the sudo software.

http://hpux.connect.org.uk/hppd/hpux/Sysadmin/sudo-1.7.0/

and from this below link you can see sudoers manuals how to configure sudo

http://www.sudo.ws/sudo/man/sudoers.html

Re: sudo

Hi jeevanandham,

Download the version you need from above link or use the link below.

http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPUXIEXP1123

http://h20392.www2.hp.com/portal/swdepot/displayProductInfo.do?productNumber=HPUXIEXP1131

If you download from connect.org, your sudo software will be installed in /usr/local (bin + sbin)

If you download from HP, the software will be installed in /opt/iexpress/sudo/ (bin + sbin)

Download the version you prefer, save it in /tmp and swinstall to install sudo.

# swinstall -s /tmp/depot_name

Add the path of the sudo bin and sbin directory to your PATH settings /etc/profile.

Now the sudo setup should be similar to your AIX system.

# visudo
