swinstall insufficient privileges

I have just install HPUX 11.23 now trying to add software from the APP DVD.

However, we I run, as root #swinstall -s /cdrom

An error appears, stating..

"swinstall insufficient privileges"

/sbin/init.d/swagentd stop

/sbin/init.d/swagentd start

rgs,

chk if

nslookup

nslookup

Above should works fine

# swagentd -r

Then start your installation
