I am currently working on HPUX 11.23. I have a problem with swinstall.
Whenever I revoke TUI interface using swinstall it gives me a window to select the target first. Once I selct the target as my local host, it allows me to select the soruce window. Usually, when I use swinstall in other servers, it allows me to select source selection.
How can I get rid of the target selection window for the local host
Thank you,
Ravi

Re: swinstall target selection problem
2) swinstall, swcopy , and swremove have enhanced GUI interfaces for
remote operations. Enable the enhanced GUIs by creating the
.sdkey file on the controller. Use this command:
touch /var/adm/sw/.sdkey
NOTE: You can also set up remote access by using swacl directly on the
remote machines to grant root or non-root access to users from the
controller system.
Man "swinstall"
