swremove have error "This target agent cannot access the source"

I would like to uninstall software package, t We have found the error messages after run "swremove NetWorker", Please suggestion to solve this error. Thank you.

take a look another way,

can you run swremove only and there will appear a screen from which you can select the product which you wish remove from the server

Can you give us the output of

#swlist -l product | grep -i NetWorker

and

#swlist | grep -i NetWorker


OR

You can go ahead as said by Johnson by

#swremove and select the product from there -->remove

try restarting swagentd and if it doesnt solve the problem then you may need to reboot the box.

I can uninstall it by copy file "/var/adm/sw/products/NetWorker/pfiles/INFOâ

from another computer which familiar with lepus 4 and put it stead then I can remove it. *-*

Check Any networker daemon is running. If so kill those and try ..

Do you know how that file was missing?
Was it removed manually?
