We are getting these alert repeatedly in syslog. What will be the cause and sol for it.

Looks like an app writing to syslog rather than the OS.

in generally it means initial tests ,prior to control something ; can you check the startup logs ?

in addition, prod_server something related to sql based applicatins like Oracle , dp you have Oracle ? if yes check its logs also.

This has nothing to do with Oracle - Oracle doesn't write to the syslog...

However as already pointed out, this isn't anything to do with the system - it's coming from some application which someone has coded to write to syslog. You should talk to the folks that support the app on this box and ask them for an explanation...
