syslog
We are getting these alert repeatedly in syslog. What will be the cause and sol for it.

Looks like an app writing to syslog rather than the OS.

However as already pointed out, this isn't anything to do with the system - it's coming from some application which someone has coded to write to syslog. You should talk to the folks that support the app on this box and ask them for an explanation...
