syslog

Hi I am using HP-UX ochpt3 B.11.31 U,

Somehow I have modified /etc/syslog.conf file.

Is there any way I can get back /etc/syslog.conf file that comes after fresh OS installation ?

Or if someone can share the default file content, will be helpful.

Thanks in advance.

Re: syslog

Have a look at /usr/newconfig/etc/syslog.conf

Stop the process, replace the file and start.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.
