system management homepage in 11iv23

Dear,

I would like to install system management homepage in my ia64 rx3660 server which is runnning with 11i v23 os version

i had already downloaded the product
sysmgmtweb_A.3.0.0_Hp-ux_B.11.23_IA_PA.depot

wil anyone specify how to install and work with this product in the above mentioned server?

Any chance of conflict with the formal SAM utility ? whether any problem of having SAM and SMH together

Hi Jestin,

Since what you have is a depot file, just use 'swinstall -s .

About coexistance of SAM and SMH, why would you want both. If at all for some reason, should have to check if they can really coexist. Else, uninstall SAM and install SMH.

I had installed the prior by referring the documents available in docs.hpafter that

when i am trying to acess the web page using the URL http://:2301 in a WINDOWS machine
i am getting a web page like this
"system management homepage
Please wait you will be redirected to the system management home page"

1> but the redirection is not happening why?
any help regarding this issue?
please mention the steps.

Do you have Reflection or X-manager to login your box ? if yes then first try to access your web page from there .
