Re: system panic with buffer I/O errors
grey,
looking at attachment, you have afailed disk
SCSI Channel:ID = 4:8
Enclosure = 3
Slot (0-based) = 1
Disk State = NO RESPONSE
Disk Group and Type = 0913A40001430F2AE5 LUN
Capacity = 0.0 GB
Manufacturer and Model = NO_VENDOR NO_MODEL
Serial Number = NO_SERIAL_NUM
Firmware Revision = NO_FW_REV
Also your bdf shows that the file system is filling up aswell especially /var at 97% and you have other errors like this
vxfs: mesg 001: vx_nospace - /dev/vg00/lvol4 file system full (1 block extent)
These should be looked at aswell, as may be part of the problem. Are there any other messages in syslog?
Andy
