the gam_server made high load on CPU

hi,
I have OS Linux red hat
oracle enterprise 4 update 5

the server is hang when I check about the resource I found in 'top' command that
gam_server take all cpu resource even I kill it ,it came again
ex.
13116 root 25 0 11328 7156 876 S 48.8 0.2 1:51.04 gam_server


how i stop this load in the system ?
how i stop this gam_server?
