tsm issue with sudo

Hi,
Not sure what to do. I have this error when logon and su to support account using putty.

Logging on as a Standard User
You are already running 'tsm' - press ENTER...
logout

Any hint will be appreciated.

Is tsm the storage manager or the terminal session manager here?

However, "You are already running 'tsm'" is likely true, check with "ps".
