Re: user connections to 11.23 Cx 2620 machine dosconnects

Hi,

Use the below command to find out network errors like cable disconnection and timeout errors.

# netfmt -Nlf /var/adm/nettl.LOG000
Best wishes,

Ganesh.

Hi vinod ,

first , see the ppa statics with lanadmin command , then reset the ppa with lanadmin option .This has once worked for me.

Re: user connections to 11.23 Cx 2620 machine dosconnects

Hi Vinod ,

seems like an Ip address conflict to me ,
ping
arp -a
netstat -in....check with networking team.

Have you done any changes in the past with your server or your network team did any changes

Thanks

Re: user connections to 11.23 Cx 2620 machine dosconnects

Shalom,

The older errors indicate that either the LAN card is a problem or requires a re-seat, or the network cable is bad and should be replaced, or there is a problem with the network switch port physically or its settings.

All of these things should be checked.
