If there is no process you can't kill it, your work is done. What does ps(1) show:
UNIX95=EXTENDED_PS ps -fu awalia

As long as you are logged on you can make additional logins from the same station (PC) or from console only.

Then you need to look at that user's .profile and figure out what it is checking. I would think it is a corrupted utmps(4) database. You'll need to reboot or manually edit your utmps(4).
There should be some threads about it.
